Blacktails should be kept in the same fashion as all Drymarchon (see www.indigosnakes.com for caresheets)
They are very nervous for some time after bbeing caught (it's been over a year for one of my yellowtails and he's still like that) so make sure he has a very secure hiding place
You will want to get a fecal done by a good reptile vet and get him wormed. You may want to pay attention to the dialogue going on here now about flagyl.
Panacure has always worked well for worming for me. Most all imported cribos have parasites to some degree.
If you have trouble getting him feeding, let me know I have a few tricks I can offer.
