finding a breeder

I've been thinking for a while about getting an indigo, have dome some research, and understand about permits. I was just wondering if there are any breeders in Indiana or the surrounding states. How much should I expect to pay for an eastern indigo from a good breeder? Also, if I buy within my own state, but then later move out of state, do I need a permit to transport the snake over state lines? Thanks for your help!
