re: breeding frustration..welcome to the club!! 15 years for me of off & on, with a couple of babies here and there. Drymarchon are not easy to reproduce on a regular basis. Don't feed the female. Take the temp. down to the mid 50's. 70-75 during the day time. You might even leave her for two or three days at 50's at night and low 60's during the day(cold snap). I introduce my females to the males at 6pm at night when the lights have been out for 2 1/2 hours and the room temp has been allowed to drop to the mid 50's (live in Toronto, Canada so this easy to do at this time of the year). They breed through the night and well into the next day. I check them during the evening just in case there are any problems. An excited male can cause damage if a female is not willing. Good luck!!
