What temps do keep them both?
My suggestions: Reduce her day time to 8 hours, no more. Reduce her daytime temps to 70f, no more. Reduce her night time temps to 55f, no more. Increase her humidity a little if her cage is dry, maybe just spray her a couple times.
Here at my place, the only time these conditions did not make for happy mating indigos was with a male that was too young. I wouldn't offer her food either.
How big is your female? Like a lot of snakes, size is more important than age for breeding with indigos. I have a 3.5 lb female that is 4.5 years old. I consider her just barely heavy enough to breed. My other female is huge, 7 lbs, and can produce eggs with no trouble at all.
Your male may need some cooling too, but wait until he's pooped the last meal.
