The right way to correct a problem deal..

: Just for your enlightenment and as a feel good for the day... : This is the right way to correct a deal that might be flawed..I just made a recent acquisition...The day before shipping the seller contacted me and said the animal seemed to be a little "off" his usual self, going into shed,etc....We shipped anyway as this did not seem to be a big deal...The seller contacted me the morning he shipped and said "Please take him to your vet and make sure he's OK and send me the bill, I'll feel better if you did" I did so and the animal will be fine, a little colitis that simple antibiotics will fix...Seller says if ANYTHING happens he will make full refund, no if ands or buts... : I'm sure some of you will say we should never have shipped if he thought something might be wrong, but in our discussion we concluded that it was probably just being in shed...Sellers' "gut" feeling changed the next day and e-mailed me with the request to take the animal to vet...Nice Call!! : Now that's the kind of person who will get repeat business and referrals!!... : Thought this story sounded better than the one about the "kinked" baby....Everybody have a good day...Carl
