Make sure that you provide them with a hidebox. I personally would nix the aspen bedding for now, as they tend to ingest mouthfulls of the stuff when they eat, and when little, mouthfulls can count. Provide them with a container in their cage close to the time they become opaque(blue) that has mositened spaghnum in it, they are famous for haveing eye caps stuck and this can be prevented with a little forethought on your part.
Aside from these tips, I cant think of anything else, except........Dont hybridize! :)
