I can't think of a larger colubrid than yt's
Spilotes pullatus may get longer, but not nearly as much mass.
some of the rear fanged colbrids from the old world (boomslangs, mangrove snakes etc) may also get longer, but my bet is that the yellow tail is the largest in total mass.
