Illinois regulations

After days of playing phone games, I spoke to agents from the IL dept. of natural resources wildlife div AND the dept of agriculture, both assured me that there are no regualtions by the state of IL on keeping the eastern indigo.

If anyone knows any different than this, let me know...but I've been assured the only regs are on native IL species, venomous sp, and constrictors over 6'
