If you sent the application in with a breeder named that yo are going to purchase from, I would contact that breeder and ask them to try and expedite the process for you. Usually it take at least 30 days, but it can be longer if they are backlogged or soeone is on vacation that handles the critical end of it. Be patient, you will get your permits.
