: OK, don't nail me for not having digital imaging...Here goes..
: I just recently came into possesion of a huge 8 ft + Central American cribo...I don't know if he's a distinct subspecies or intergrade...He is all Khaki-tan colored dorsally and a beautiful light pink ventrally from chin to vent..Any guesses as to what ss or intergrade he might be?? I know it's hard without a picture..Thanks for trying though...Carl
might also be a unicolor.the intergrades or 'brown-tails' as i call them, are kinda two different colors but w/out a real sharp difference. the lower third just tends to be darker, leaning towards a brown. a true unicolor is solid gold or pretty close to the color of beer all the way thru. there is no mistaking them once you've seen the real deal. doug taylor has a picture of one of mine on his website. it's on his texas indigo page at the bottom.
