I don't mean to be flippant about it, but you really can't keep and breed animals with such different requirements in the same room. For this very reason I stay away from most tropical snakes, many of which I would really love to have. I would be heating their cages, trying to keep the other snakes cool.

My only suggestion would be to keep the indigos in a separate room as your tropicals for the winter months.
