Spinal kinks were once very common in cb Drymarchon because of too high incubation temps.
Drymarchon eggs are ideally kept at about 78-80F
Higher than that will produce a high rate of spinal kinks.
I have not had problems at 78-80 and I think most of the other breeders will agree
