What is the biggest Eastern Indigo any of you have ever seen

I am just amazed by these snakes, but I do not know much about them. I like the jet black color and the girth of them. They are so big compared to the gopher snakes and kingsnakes I used to see as a kid! Well I was at the San Francisco zoo a little while ago and saw a pretty big one (well at least to me). One of the keepers was holding him and showing him and well I was just wondering what is the largest one any of you have seen in the wild or in captivity. Can they reach 10 ft.? I would buy one but I don't know if I am ready to pay that much. It would probably be worth it though!
