I've had folks from Florida sending me copies of email they have received from state officials saying in no uncertain terms that private parties are not allowed permits.

I've told at least 8 people this year alone that I couldn't provide indigos for them because they were in Florida.

Now I know, I AM WRONG! Please share the knowledge. Who, where, what are you able to contact that is making it so you can provide indigos to folks in Florida legally. I'm tired of disappointing people.
