Check out my most further down about seeing Indigos in the wild, are you familliar with "the blocks"? They really don't seem too rare in prime areas down here, don't you find that to be true? Maybe because they are active during the day and so "showy" but if we were allowed to keep them here I'd certainly have no trouble finding one. Now actually catching up to it is another story! I would imagine the agricultural areas are a little more open than a hardwood hamock. By the way, they weren't too uncommon in Markham Park when I was serious into field collecting about fifteen years ago, if you're familiar with that area. Use to be like an abandoned orange grove way back into the park past what is now the target range out there. Was a lot wilder back then. (I use to buy rats from the reptile keeper back when there was a zoo there) I'd sure love to be able to breed and release them, I'd give up my Brooksi for them! Would you say a coachwhip is rarer? I would!
