There are very few captive born yellowtails in the country right now...and, honestly, I don't know of a single person who had success breeding them this year. Chuck Elliott of S. CA used to have a lot of success with them...but has since dispersed his Drymarchon collection.
If anyone has produced any this year...I wish they would step forward and let us know !!
I have a nice male that was wc, but is ding very well, I've been looking for a female for almost a year with no luck.
As for care, all Drymarchon can be cared for in a similar fashion. check the care sheets on www.indigosnakes.com and on Fred Albury's new website.
good luck...and...if you do find any yellowtails, let us know, ok ?
Dean
