I also have a 2000 female .My snake is pushing 4ft and is never full. It eats three mice every 4 days.After 1 night you would think it did'nt eat at all because it burns the food so fast.Very active snake. Alway on the move .I heard that tank size and how active they are has a lot to do with it.I'm guessing that you have an all black indigo.It seems like the red throats have more of the blue shine than the black do
