Those are great comments and I, too, will heed the advice. I have used several old hovabators for many years to hatch pythons and colubrids. It worked well for my indigos and I suppose I should be thankful for the two beautiful babies that I have rather than the three eggs that didn't hatch (I know what changes need to be made next year). I think the challenge of working with this species makes it all worthwhile in the end; success or no success.
: I think anyone reading your post will never forget what you learned the hard way.
: I really don't intend this to rub salt in a wound in any way, just to pass on a little more pertinent info. A friend of mine had great success this year with a $50 incubator.
: Don't give up TC. You're working hard at it and paying attention to what's going right and wrong. Next year will be "YOURS"!
