Steve,
Males are usually much bigger than females.Wild caught males have been found that exceed 9 ft in length.. Captive raised populations may however produce males that are inherently small. I have seen some of these"dwarf" Indigos at expos, and they measured all of 5 ft at 8 years of age!!
But to answer your question, males usually grow longer and larger than females.
