Anything is possible I guess, but TX indigos are highly variable. They tend to be darkest in the nothern part of the range, have more tan/brown color in the southern part of the range(into Mexico)

the growth rate isn't really a factor. I have a male that's 6 years old and 8'2" I've also had easterns that didn't grow fast at all.
