I have noticed this in my large male as well. With the same concerns as you, I took mine to the vet back in February. The oral swab came back normal but my vet agreed that there was more mucous than what we thought was normal. We treated for a URI just in case it was the onset of such.
Now this Indigos name is "Puffdaddy" anyway because he has always been a "breathy" snake, so he still puffs and hisses slightly all the time but there is no wheezing or expulsion of phlegm or mucous and he eats like a....well....like an an Indigo!
I see this same "excess saliva" with him almost all the time. Keep an eye on it and listen carefully for wheezing or difficulty in breathing....and ya might wanna take her in like I did mine just to be sure. ($178 bucks.....ouch!)
Good luck.
Peace - TC
