I've never seen it. Get her to a good herp vet soon as this doesn't sound normal at all. Hopefully I'm just feeling panicky for you, but I haven't ever seen any frothy saliva from my indigos.

Indigos can carry lots of parasites. Fortunately they poop a lot so you can do a fecal easily.
