Feeding.....again

Ihave a female eastern just under 3ft. I feed her 2 very small mice 2 times a week. she is in a4ft x 2ft cage and is very active.Always seems to be looking for food.She burns off what I feed her in about 2 days.Is this a good amount of food .What other items should I feed her or will it get picky.
