Try the technique described by VWillis. Yes, be very careful. You do not want to "force" a retained eyecap. That can do bigtime damage. I have noticed my indigi to be proned to this, even though the cage humidity is ample. I think there may be other factors involved other than humidity. Anyway, the clouded eye appearance I have seen with Indigos. Even after a shed eyecap. This is usually a cataract, which I also beleive indogos may be prone to getting. It usually worsens and does not improve. Snake can eventially go blind as a result, since they cannot see past the cloudy part. Hope this helps.
