Not in the traditional way that a boa constricts. An indigo over powers the prey with speed and power. They have quite a powerfull set of jaws. They will try to hold down the prey by "squeezing" it against another object or even itself. They do not, at least I've never seen them, wrap around the prey and squeeze.
