NEED INFO ON INDIGO PERMITS

Hi folks. I am posting this ad for a friend of mine, who has a pair of Indigos. He has a valid NEW YORK STATE possession permit, but as the snakes have become gravid, he is need of information about shipping these fine animals, across state lines, LEGALLY! What Federal permits do you need, if any, to legally ship these snakes to people outside of New York? And if you do need these permits, how do you go about applying for them? I would appreciate any and all ACCURATE information about the shipping/selling of these snakes. If anyone has a link they could share with me that may help me with this topic, I would appreciate it as well. Please folks, only forward information that you are %100 sure about. Thanks a million.
