I'm not sure about what state permits you need to have, but I'm sure you need a Cites wildlife permit to move it from state to state. I could probably find some one for you to talk to in the Florida Wildlife conservation department. Email and let me know if you're interested. I work through the museum of Natural History in Raleigh, NC.
