Doesn't make sense

To me there would have to be a rational explanaition, other wise I would presonally write it off as nonsense.

: : : I was at a pet store, talking with a guy that's been into herps for a long time. He told me that a few years back (late 70's?) a whole bunch of Eastern Indigos were released in Texas, within the range of Texas Indigos.
