would kick rump. I have been bitten by both in feeding responses and by far, the indigos jaws are much more powerful! When indigos are born they are much larger then kingsnakes, and they obtain a larger size then kingsnakes. So if you are talking same age snakes, the indigos are the champs. I only know of two areas in my part of Florida were both indigos and kings existed together in very close proximity and it seemed that the kings seemed to out numbered the indigos, but, the indigos that were seen thre were always much larger the the kings.
