Apparently so. This key is so far the best thing I have to differentiate the tropical subspecies. If I find anything more technical I will post it. I personally don't favor hybridization but there are a lot of people (intelligent, thoughtful, credible people) who do. I guess there's a place for it in herpetoculture. All I ask from those who engage in inter and intra species hybridization is that they keep records and act responsibly regarding the sale and transfer of hybrids, for example don't sell a melanurus/unicolor hybrid as a pure melanurus or unicolor.
