I recently acquired a pair of these animals, the male is ocver 6' and the female about 5'. Although I am not planning to breed them this year I do need some information as to how to best suit their needs in terms of environment. I have kept Easterns for many years and am familiar with temps and humidities for them, but need to know what adjustments I need to make for the blacktails.
Also, I'm a bit curious as to the disposition of these cribos - they both seem a little 'fater' than my eastern, and a little more high strung. They are not as aggressive in terms of feeding response, but they are more resistant to being handled as I clean the cages etc. Can anyone give me a comparison of these two animals and their personalities/care?
Thanks,
dorkdog
