THEY ARE NOT.

All that one has to do is to provide the AL FWS with proof of the granted federal interstate commerce permit and they will grant you a state permit that is valid for 5 years.

I will try to post the phone number of the gentleman with whom you can confirm this information. His name is Keith Guyse though.

The permit that I got does state that you are not allowed to sell the snakes or their offspring to anyone in the state without prior notification.

LET US KILL THIS BEAST OF MISINFORMATION ONCE AND FOR ALL.
