I've had several that refused all that stuff you're talking about. I tried TROUT scented pinks and they took right to it. I used skunky, 3 year old freezer burned trout.
I've also been forced to force feed one that after 2 months and 2 sheds and lots of attempts at various foods, he still refused to eat. I used a pinky head, good and lubed with veg oil, and foced it down with a blunt metal rod. After 2 force feddings over 2 weeks, he began eating the trout scented pinks also.
