Fred, normally when I wholesale my animals, it is "as they are and no returns." That policy is reflected in a lower price! When I retail the animals I ussually will let the customer exchange it for another or if they insist that I take it back, I will do so with a 20% handling fee. This information is given to them up front when they are purchasing the animal and they have the choice of paying retail or wholesale.
