They need humidity about 70% I think it is(I spray mine with a water-bottle quite a bit so I think that's what it's suppose to be)

: and I havn't noticed it eating or pooping (though the other Iguana I have (had it for about two weeks) Is doing fine).
It needs to poop about every day, give it a nice and warm bath (not too hot)

: and also his front right foot is swollen, it looks like he got bit by another Iguana before I got him, or he may have that bone disease, I am new to Iguanas so I not to shure about his arm.
You are new to iguanas, eh? Why do you have TWO then? Take them to a qualified reptile vet.

: And what would you recomend that would be the best diet (that wouldn't be too expensive)
Iguanas ARE expensive! But the diet should be something like this, kale, green beans, squash, a few peas, etc., and every so often a little bit of a strawberry or cut up grape as a treat. NO LETTUCE!
