This is a photo of my almost 3 year old male, Dexter taking out some aggression... He was very friendly and docile up until his last breeding season in October. He had finally calmed down around February, but in the past week he has started acting up again. I can generally handle him as needed, but I have to be careful. He usually tries to bite when I am not paying attention... I don't believe that this is the normal temperament for most males, but he seems to be the very "dominant" type. He goes ballistic whenever he sees his reflection...

:What is the most common temperament of iguanas? Are females that much more docile? How dangerous is a male iguana that is mean? When can you tell the sex of an iguana? Please help me
