Tupperware Salad Spinner
Tupperware Fridge Smart
Hamilton Beech 5 cup 3 speed food processor.
I wash all the greens in the bath tub first. I put them into a laundry basket and hose em down. I let them air dry a bit and shake em out. Then as I cut them down into more workable parts (cut in about 4 inch sections) I put em into the salad spinner to help get excess moisture off. I then run them thru the food processor and put everything into a large bowl. I run the other veggies in and blend everything together with vitamins. I then put everything into the Fridge smarts, which keep chopped greens fresh for a week and a half. I do this for 15 heads of collards per week.
Doesnt my friday afternoon sound TOTALLY thrilling?
