Considerando che sembrano essere dei cuccioli, questo potrebbe essere normale (io ti direi di alzare la temperatura fino ai 30-32 gradi per aiutarle veramente, e di abbassare l'umidità). Inoltre si potrebbe trattare di un'infestazione da ameboidi. Ti consiglierei di usare flagyl (te lo puoi far prescrivere dal medico di famiglia, viene usato per le affezioni dell'apparato uro-genitale femminile: può essere imbarazzante, lo so per esperienza!). Per un serpentello di una quarantina di centimetri dovresti usare circa un decimo di pasticca che puoi cacciargli in bocca con un dito o infilandola in bocca al topino (se è già morto, altrimenti non gradirebbe LOL).
