In a stunning blow to the economy of AM radio an escaped Burmese Python (a giant crocodile like snake related to cobras and ferrets) caught the popular conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh in the middle of bashing 2008 Presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton, and consumed him on the air to the dismay of Limbaugh's show observer. The Democratic national committee spokeswoman addressed the press later that day to announce that the Democratic Party was considering making the snake their party mascot. No one is sure how the snake got into the EIB building but witnesses say they saw a man who looked like Al Gore leaveing the building right before the incident. Mr Gore could not be reached for questions. Animal control officers spent more than 3 hours trying to get the swollen animal to take a handful of prozac so they could subdue it with butterfly nets. They attempted to enlisting the help of Jeff Corwin, who was filming a special about African snakes on a sound stage in a nearby building in downtown New York City. Mr Corwin immediately screamed and fainted upon seeing the snake.
