Hi thanks Lester for all the information you have provided for me. I have had my two desert hls for two months. They have eaten crickets much of the time. I do not have the access to ants here and was wondering if I HAVE to give ants to my hls, if it is best. And if not, what can I give them instead of ants to get the formic acid they need to be healthy? Thanks again for your time.
