well I have read some really informative postings, but I've been unable to find out what kind of species I have and how to identify sex and age

I'm sure with enough digging around I'll come across it, but I thought in the meantime, if anyone were able to clue me in on those things in particular it would be most helpful, or even guide me to the certain posting they found it in...mostly just because there are tons of postings here.
