harvester ants

OK i know i may be beating a dead horse here, but let me try one more time. I have a rather large colony of red harvester ants coming out of the ground on my home site. there is a small area of dirt in the back of the concrete slab. if i dont find some natural way to control them then it will be the exterminator who will do it. i geuss there are no other lizards that will eat them other texas horned lizards and if no one can make a sugestion on how to move them they are going to be exterminated, so come people give me some ideas please!
