: Both of mine are males, they had no females. They seem fine together now, although I worry if their sharp claws could injure their cagemates skin when they crawl over each other. All of my other reptiles are housed alone, including the Leos and Beardies, I'd like to keep the HLs together if possible.

:Lynn, what species of horned lizard did you get at the pet store? Need more info on the species before a lot of answers can be given. Horned lizards do not display territoriality behaviors. The only time there is competition is in the spring for females, but there is typically no combative behavior. Just head bobs. Lester G. Milroy III
