Horned lizards normally drink by dew build up.........

So misting would be the required way to give water. I don't have any water in the enclosures.
Mist the lizard see if it budges, or maybe pick it up and see if it's breathing. If your horned turns out ok, you can order harvesters at antsalive.com.
