i don't have a video capture card just yet, so i just snapped this pic of the ultrasound machine. this was an ultrasound done in March of one of our Gila females coming out of "cooling". those follicles measure in at about 30 mm. there are 8 or 9 in that particular female. those are about the size of ping pong balls.
i have no reference for how big follicles "should be" coming out of cooling, but these seem awfully large.
all females show the same type of development, and all are paired up now : )
anyone know stats on follicle size coming out of cooling or prior to pairing?
