I will take Andrew's answer one better. I say the one that meets the taxonomical requirements to be cinctum is a "banded" and the one that doesn't is suspectum, "reticulated". In addition if either one of these laid eggs then they are female or better let if they anatomically can't lay eggs then they are male. Vague enough?

In all honesty I would say and it is mearly a guess that the gila in the upper part of the picture is reticulated and male and the other is a banded female. But then again they do look kind of like leopard geckos too. :)
