......Never, never, never let your guard down. I don't care how tame you think they might be. If you do so regularly YOU WILL EVENTUALLY BE SORRY!!! It doesn't matter whether they are captive produced and handled(conditioned) frequently or not. It's still a reptile with primitive instinctual "software" programmed for survival.

I have yet to experience anything more painfull than a good, solid Heloderma bite... You have been warned! Gotta go now, just saw a hungry Hawk fly over. Back in my crevice I go......
