RED TAIL BOA skin lump?

Its on its neck right before the snake starts to thicken up. Not exactly after the head, but a few inches down. I rubbed my finger gently accross it and its very soft. I have been keeping the substrate pretty moist lately, but I did clean and change the cage yesterday and havn't misted at all. So I'm going to wait this one out for a few more days. ANY other suggestions in the mean time? Thanks everyone.
