3 weeks is not really long enough to start worrying, yet. If you go to the ball python forum and do a search, you'll find LOTS of helpful tips to get them eating. What is your setup like? Temps? Hides? Substrate? Humidity? etc.....Where did you get him and what was he eating before? Live, pre-killedd or frozen/thawed? Mice? Rats? They tend to get set in their ways, and picky.
