Would agree with TB, treat with fenbendazole. Can also inject meds into cricket with TB syringe(1cc with 22GA needle)let your gecko eat the cricket. Fenbendazole doesn't have much taste/flavor - I've used this approach to hundreds of lizards and amphibs (private practice and zoo as DVM)
